We first came across Utilitywise on the IPC Europe extranet.
We sent them an email and they called us back very quickly. Utilitywise took time to discuss their business and what it could do for us in terms of saving money on our electricity bills. No hard sell or obligation, they simply requested to view a recent electricity bill to see what potential savings they could negotiate on our behalf.
Curtis was my point of contact and he was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. He would make sure I understood exactly how things worked before proceeding.
The whole process was easy, quick and very simple. Once Utilitywise had a copy of our electricity bill, they came back a couple of days later with recommended options, and explained each one giving us a full breakdown on how much each option would save us compared to our existing bills.
We will now be saving around £430 per year for our one Subway® store, and in a time when margins are being squeezed and costs are rising this is very helpful with the profitability of the store.
Overall, the process has been great, with little effort required from us. Utilitywise took care of everything from start to finish, and we are delighted with the savings secured for us.
